We offer the highest quality, technologically advanced pumps and equipment for the production and transportation of concrete.

As a leading distributor of specialized equipment – we aim high. The determinants of our work are not only excellent products and top-quality services, but first of all – attention to customer satisfaction.

Since 2005, Tomasz Tarkowski, co-owner of TarCo, has personified the consistent strengthening of the CIFA brand in Poland. He has also created his own brand, that is characterized by close-knit teams consisting of professionals. They are full of passion and commitment – and this is the embodiment of TarCo`s spirit.

The flagship machines include the whole range of concrete pumps, truck mixer pumps, truck mixers and concrete batching plants (concrete plants). TarCo takes also care of the effective technical assistance of all CIFA brand concrete machines, performing  all types of repairs, as well as annual inspections. Consulting, advising on maintenance and use of CIFA equipment is provided at all times.

In addition to CIFA equipment, our product portfolio also includes a number of recognized manufacturers such as BLEND.

Our goal is to be the partner of first choice, so we place great emphasis on caring, mutual relationships, building trust and long-term business ties. Satisfied, returning customers are an excellent proof of the effectiveness of our efforts. We constantly expand our offerings, organize meetings and introduce new facilities – and we do it for our business partners.

Our history

Our story with concrete began in the year 2000 in Italy… And it was not rosy at all. In order to get to know the process inside out, Tomasz Tarkowski went through all the positions in the concrete industry, starting from the concrete batching plant operator, through the lab technician (assisting in the preparation of various formulas), up to the pump operator. And what is the most imporant, he was gaining more and more experience and learning about working with people.

And so it has remained – the most important thing has always been teamwork and listening to the needs of co-workers. All this to solve problems at hand – this became Tom’s specialty.

In his later work as a manager in concrete corporations, Tomasz gained valuable skills. They turned out to be indispensable for establishing and building his own company. Its foundation was based precisely on the values developed through conversations and understanding of the needs of partners.

First in 2005, and then with full momentum in 2016, on his own territory and with his own background, Tomasz was the first to introduce the CIFA brand to the Polish market. Then he managed to bring it to leadership position in the country, holding 75% of sales. He made CIFA machines the most popular concrete production and transport machines in Poland.

Today, the mission is still focused on working with people, listening to their needs and tailoring customized solutions. The after-sales service has become the apple of our eye. It’s what makes our sales success even greater…
